My training style is focused around strength training. The primary goal of strength training is to increase muscle size and strength. Being strong and having more muscle mass isn’t just about how we look. As we get older, our muscle mass and bone density decrease, leaving us more susceptible to injury and long-term health issues such as osteoporosis. This is especially important for people experiencing pregnancy and menopause.
