ABOUT ME

I haven’t always been interested in health and fitness. I was overweight and inactive in my late teens and into my early 20’s. Like most of us I have tried all the fad diets, the extreme workout plans, the restrictions, fasting, and endless cardio. You name it, I've tried it!

 

I finally started to get the results I had always wanted when I invested in a Personal Trainer and committed to working out regularly and fuelling my body with proper, nutritious food. I started lifting weights and found a real passion for the gym. My partner calls it lifting things up and putting them down. I call it therapy. Being able to lift more than my body weight gives me a sense of achievement and empowerment. I love feeling strong! It's not only good for my mind, it’s how I finally saw my body change.

MY VISION

I’m fitter and in better shape now than I have been my whole life and that’s why I decided to become a Personal Trainer – to help people like me achieve their goals and get the results they thought they could never get.

We hear it all the time: consistency is key! And it really is. I’m not talking about 4 weeks, 8 weeks or even 12 weeks. Yes, you can achieve results in that time if you commit to a plan consistently – but I believe it's much more than a quick fix. It's about lifestyle changes and being able to live a full, healthy life without giving up the things you enjoy.
